Labradorite Jewellery

With its remarkable play of colour, labradorite jewellery is a mystical gemstone. Composed of aggregate layers that refract light as iridescent flashes of peacock blue, gold, pale green and coppery red, this unique stone is a versatile option for both polished cabochons and rough cut pieces.

Labradorite Jewellery UK

The labradorite we use in our jewellery is sourced from Scandinavia and cut to our specifications by a stone cutter in Jaipur, India. We like to work with large polished cabochons that allow the coloured layers of this stone to show through, often combined with hammered silver work for added texture.

The stone is composed of aggregate layers that refract light as iridescent flashes of peacock blue, gold, pale green and coppery red. The predominant blue varies within the light from deepest to palest hues—showing a range from sky-blue to turquoise at its most intense.

We also offer a selection of rough-cut pieces that have a textured surface. This gives the setting edges an unusual shape and allows the stone to flash from vibrant colour to dark grey depending on the direction in which it is viewed.
