Custom Signet Rings

Having been used throughout history to sign and seal important documents, Signet Rings are traditionally worn as a mark of nobility and status. Nowadays, Signet Rings are a statement piece of jewellery to suit all ages and often passed down as a family heirloom or gifted to recognise a major milestone or event - perhaps a birthday, anniversary or marriage. Our expert Designers and Jewellers will help you create a personalised Signet Ring during a design appointment, where we will discuss and produce your unique stamp; perhaps you’d like to engrave your family crest or coat of arms, or for a more contemporary design we can help you create artwork in the form of a logo or motif of choice.It is traditional for family crests or coats of arms to be ‘reverse’ engraved on signet rings, to be used for sealing letters and important documents. However, if you would like your ring to be the right way round we can also engrave it for ‘sight’, which is less deep and less expensive. Our heavyweight signet rings are made to order in any precious metal: silver, 9ct or 18ct white, rose or yellow gold and platinum. And, if you have a piece of old jewellery that’s no longer worn - perhaps it doesn’t fit, it’s not your style or has been damaged - our design service is a great way to get creative and re-use the precious metals to turn your old jewellery into something special for years to come.
